Prof. Gyandoh is a Professor of Law Emeritus from the prestigious Temple School of Law, Philadelphia, USA, Where he has taught inter alia, Administrative law, Comparative law, Constitutional law, International Protection of Human Rights, Foreign Policy and the US Constitution, and the Integration of African Customary Law and English Common Law.
He has taught international protection of Human Rights and Comparative Constitutional Law in Athens (Greece), Tel Aviv( Isreal) and Tokyo(Japan).
He is also a former Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana, Legon (1979 to 1982). He taught various subjects including Administrative Law, Constitutional law, Jurisprudence and the Law of Obligations for many years.
He has also served as Chairman or Member of Ghana Government appointed Commissions / Committees of Inquiry between 1966 and 1980.
Professor Samuel O. Gyandoh has been a senior Partner since he co-founded Gyandoh Asmah & Co.
